This is a translation for convenience. The Portuguese (Brazil) version prevails.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage), work in a similar way. Here we explain what the ottofin.app website uses.
1. Summary
- We use only what is essential for the site to work, stay secure and remember your cookie choice.
- Audience measurement (analytics) is the only optional category: we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, only after you click "Accept". Before that (or with the Global Privacy Control signal), no Google script is downloaded.
- We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers, ad pixels or fingerprinting techniques.

The Otto app does not use cookies. Data processing in the app is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Legal basis
Essential items rely on our legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX) in keeping the site working and secure, without tracking you. Analytics items depend on your prior consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How to choose and change
On your first visit, the cookie notice shows two equally prominent buttons: "Accept" and "Essential only". Closing the page or scrolling does not count as acceptance.
To change your mind, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting and takes effect immediately. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the site keeps working.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as "Essential only" and enable nothing optional.
